Some areas are excluded in our contract with the carriers and carry a extra charge. If this is the case we will contact a different carrier and may use them if possible. If not possible we will contact you the customer with further option. I.E refund the up grade and use Royal mail or compromise on an extra charge. This normally only involves the upper end of Scotland.
We can only promise next day on items that are in stock. Any items that are not in stock will follow 1st class Royal Mail at our expense.
